Philosophy

    The objective of First Class Lacrosse is to provide private or small group instruction to bring your player’s lacrosse game to the next level.  It is our belief that players benefit more from private or small group instruction and we are dedicated to make this experience as personal as possible.  This will help us concentrate on the player’s ability as an individual.  

    The students at first class lacrosse have the opportunity to learn from high school coaches on Long Island, former Division 1 and 2 lacrosse players, who have not only played and currently coach at a high level, but also understand the value and importance of education and teaching young children.


Why should I choose First Class Lacrosse instruction?

    At first class lacrosse, we take a teaching attitude to our approach.  We feel that we have the ability to teach children the game of lacrosse in a very personal and caring manner.  We also know that we are very competitive with our fee, and it will be hard to find private or small group instruction at the rate we offer.  We also believe we offer a high quality level of instruction.

What do we offer?

We offer both private and small group instruction, for all ages, at a great rate 

We also have the ability to design strength,conditioning and speed programs for current college student-athletes that are interested in increasing their athletic performance 

On occasion, we run clinics, geared towards a larger group, while taking our small group philosophy and concentrating on the needs of the individual
